Moccamaster KBG 741 Select - Matt Black

Moccamaster KBG 741 Select is a filter coffee maker for those who want consistent batch brew at home without having to build a recipe from scratch every morning. What matters here isn’t the number of settings, but repeatability. Moccamaster keeps the water within an appropriate brewing temperature range and distributes it evenly across the coffee bed. In the cup, that translates into a clean, balanced brew and reliable extraction from one batch to the next. The KBG 741 Select can brew either a full or half carafe. The Select switch adjusts the brewing process for smaller batches, so you don’t have to choose between making more coffee than you need and compromising the result. This isn’t a machine designed to replace the barista with dozens of programs. It’s a well-engineered tool for classic filter coffee: good beans, the right grind, good water, and very little intervention.
