Substrate must be clean, dry, and dust-free. Homogeneous Mixing: Pre-mix Part A Resin (5.35 kg) and Part B Hardener (2.65 kg) in 2:1 ratio by weight for 2 minutes. Gradually add Part C Filler (6.5 kg) and pigment paste. Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes using an electric drill mixer (300–400 RPM) until smooth and streak-free. Pour & De-aerate: Pour mixed top coat onto floor. Spread evenly with a notched squeegee or pin rake to 1 mm DFT. Immediately roll with a spiked roller in cross-hatch directions to break surface tension, release entrapped air, and promote self-leveling. Pot life is 45 minutes at 25°C. Curing & Commissioning: Protect the wet floor from dust and foot traffic for 24 hours. Light pedestrian foot traffic permitted after 3 days.
