Heirloom Wool Cardigan in Rosehip Red

Knitted in beautifully soft British lambswool, the marled Rosehip yarn blends soft reds to create a warm, mellow shade that works as a gentle 'pop' of colour throughout the year. The finishing touches are what make this cardigan so special. We've chosen generously sized vintage cream mother-of-pearl buttons from a collection Justine inherited from her Mum. We believe these buttons date from the Victorian era and each has its own subtle variation and lustre. Inside, a grosgrain ribbon facing adds a beautiful finishing detail and helps the button band keep its shape over time. Named the Heirloom Cardigan for its easy classic, cropped shape, it sits neatly over our dresses and skirts or trousers alike.
