Individually crafted by skilled artisans in Japan, this original Setta will soon be available on a made-to-order basis. At the heart of this collaboration are three guiding principles: ARTISTRY — AESTHETIC EXPRESSION TRADITION — CARRYING FORWARD LEGACY — WHAT WE LEAVE BEHIND Rather than simply preserving Japanese craftsmanship and aesthetics, we seek to carry them forward through contemporary expression — to the next generation and to the world. Bringing together Travis Payne’s dedication to artistic expression and the philosophy of 96KURo-design®︎, this collaboration was born from a shared belief: What can we leave for the future through culture and craftsmanship? Based on Setta, a traditional form of Japanese footwear, each pair is individually crafted by skilled artisans in Japan — carrying generations of craftsmanship into a new expression.
