McQueen Max Knitted Cardigan Maroon

Created in partnership with The McQueen Estate, the Max is a faithful recreation of one of Steve McQueen’s most distinctive off-duty knits. Staying close to the original in both colour and proportion, the maroon cardigan is knitted in a substantial lambswool blend with fully fashioned raglan sleeves, a deep ribbed placket and simple patch pockets for an easy, relaxed shape. Horn buttons add a natural finish, while turn-back cuffs and the heavier gauge construction give the knit the same unfussy, lived-in character that made the original so memorable. A distinctive McQueen layer, recreated for today. This product is excluded from discounts and promotional offers. Please note: due to the natural characteristics of the yarn, some pilling may occur.
