FOLICULE x HANAFY - Folicule Neutralizer - SMP 15ml

Folicule's NEW Neutralizer (Corrector) is a strong orange-tinted pigment. It can be used to warm up cool-toned pigments when used on light skin tones or to help work on old, cool healed cosmetic tattoo treatments. Use 1 drop of Folicule Neutralizer (Corrector) with Folicule Black Ink when working on light skin tone clients or at your discretion. Shake thoroughly before use. The expiration date is indicated on the label. The opened pigment can be used within 12 months.
