Fitment Chassis: G30 / G31 Models: 540i / 540i xDrive Years: 2017-2019 Engine: B58 (Gen 1) The factory cooling hoses on B58-powered BMWs fail over time from heat cycling, pressure, and brittle plastic quick-connect fittings. This kit replaces every major OEM plastic fitting and hose in the G30 B58 Gen 1 cooling system with billet aluminum and silicone components built to last the life of the car. Each fitting is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum to exact OEM dimensions and anodized for corrosion resistance. Hoses are high-temp 4-ply silicone, pressure-tested for daily driving, track use, and high-boost setups.
