SEASONAL - Pumpkin Ravioli with Shallot Cream Sauce with Amaretti Cookies

This dinner kit features the fall's favorite Pumpkin Ravioli. We create a filling using roasted pumpkin, whole milk ricotta cheese, freshly grated Parmigiano cheese with a touch of amaretto, and pumpkin spice. The filling is enclosed in our traditional egg pasta. The flavors of this ravioli pair so well with our homemade Shallot Cream Sauce. After plating the ravioli and sauce, top with some crumbled sweet amaretti cookies (included). It is truly delicious and perfect for this time of year!
