Made with love in Walcha, using as many local ingredients as possible in small batches, to tried and tested recipes. Jalapeno and Lemon Salt is made using home grown jalapeno, locally sourced and dried lemons and high quality salt. So many uses - use it to rim cocktail glasses, season grilled meats and seafood, or elevate simple snacks like popcorn, avocado toast, and fresh fruits.
