Yamamoto Waku Waku 720ml
A seasonal release by Yamamoto. Waku Waku is a Japanese Onomatpoeia expression meaning "excitement". A very special sake brewed with Ichinozumi rice and made with Yappu 5 yeast. A light, clean, refreshing sake with notes of apple, pear, new nectarine, mineral and hops. Short finish of mild grapefruit. This sake has not been pasteurised and should be stored refrigerated to prevent spoilage.
