Dormilona Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
100% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the stunning Yungarra vineyard. The fruit was hand-picked and foot-stomped during a wild ferment for three months. It was then basket-pressed to seasoned oak barriques, demi muids and amphora, racked once and then bottled with just a smidge of sulphur.
