Annie is an artist working with hand sculpted precious metals that take their form from the natural world. Growing up in Devon surrounded by nature instilled her lifelong connection to the natural world. Annie's work seeks to reflect a delicate interconnectedness of all things, weaving threads of repeating patterns throughout her work. These patterns often mimic the spirals in our fingerprints and the structures of galaxies, the alveoli of our lungs and the fractal patterns made by trees, the vortex of autumn leaves in the wind and our earth, our mother twirling her way around the galaxy.
