It offers a fruity and floral nose, and a lively, sparkling and perfectly balanced palate. Winemaking Each grape and terroir is vinified separately with the same exacting standards as their classic wines. Alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation, the gentlest technique to preserve the unique character of the wine. Vineyard Montrose is situated in the South of France in the Languedoc, a few kilometers from Pézenas and the Mediterranean Sea. The Coste family has been making wine here for 9 generations.
