about this ramen: tantanmen is the japanese take on chinese dan dan noodles. it’s spicy, fresh, rich - a fiery sesame-soy-sauce smack in the chops. this year we serve it with our thin wavy noodle, which works great and is super-slurpable in this bowl. if you've tried our tantanmen kit before, this is the same style but updated, *again* - the same version we now serve in our restaurant. we're really proud of this one! if you enjoy it, keep an eye open for our shiru-nashi mazemen in the near future - a soup-less mixing tantanmen, particularly popular in hiroshima. contents: vegan dashi + soy milk soup with shoyu tare + mala sesame paste; + house rayu chilli oil; handmade thin wavy noodles; spicy vegan mince soboro; + nori. seasoned ajitama egg not included but available seperately. greens + onions not supplied as they freeze so badly. view the images to see more.
