Bio : Dak was actually one of the first roasters I worked with. They were the first wholesale account I had and they were featured on my first drop. I worked at a shop in Seattle that carried them often. They're well known for more processed coffees, like Milky Cake, but do a nice job with more clean lots as well. Roast Profile: Dak roasts on the medium-light side of things. Similar to Friedhats or Tanat (formally Kawa). They roast on an IMF.
