Fitting tips Lid: line up the seal all the way round and press until it clicks — a full seal is what keeps odours in and oxygen out. Tap: hand-tighten the backing nut firmly; don't over-crank it or you'll distort the washer. Grate: sits flat in the base with the legs down, creating the reservoir for your bokashi tea.
