Ex Tawny Cask – An opulent barrel-aged rum matured for 4 years and 8 months in American oak and ex-Tawny barrels. Overripe pineapple, mint and green apple lead into stewed fruit, lime, cardamom, cola and maple syrup, with a palate-coating, buttery finish. Ex Oloroso Cask – A dry-aged rum matured for 3 years and 9 months with a bold Oloroso influence. Copper, marmalade, dried figs, ginger and marzipan on the nose give way to almond, roasted coffee and tobacco, finishing dry with medicinal notes and a hint of clove spice.
