Original Biscotto di Sorrento® made to measure – individually cut Not an ordinary fireclay stone: we offer you the original Biscotto di Sorrento® from the traditional Fornace Aversa in Sant’Agnello on the Sorrento peninsula – custom-cut to your personal measurements. The Biscotto di Sorrento is manufactured in Italy using traditional craftsmanship. Its special porous structure stores heat evenly and absorbs excess moisture from the pizza dough. This makes it ideal for Pizza Napoletana at high temperatures and supports a light, airy base without it burning too quickly. As the official importer of the original Biscotto di Sorrento®, we source our stones directly from Fornace Aversa and cut each stone individually for each customer. Enter the exact dimensions of your pizza oven. For special shapes, also send us a clearly dimensioned sketch or technical drawing. After checking your information, your original Biscotto di Sorrento® will be custom-cut and carefully inspected. Please note: Carefully check the dimensions of your pizza oven and allow sufficient clearance for thermal expansion. If the information provided is unclear or incomplete, we will contact you before processing. The Biscotto di Sorrento is a genuine, handcrafted natural product. Variations in color, surface, porosity, thickness, and dimensions of a few millimeters are typical characteristics of traditional production and do not constitute a quality defect.
