The labor intensive build process starts with a Vermonter® flask made of 22 gauge solid copper, with molten, lead-free tin applied to the interior using a lost process that's trade-secret to our company. The artistic patina is then masterfully achieved through a proprietary 3-step process that includes hyper-oxidizing, finishing, and heat treating to "lock it in." The end result is a bespoke Vermonter® flask that is not only perfect for everyday carry, but also a highly collectable status symbol.
