Create your own adorable little clay house and start building a charming miniature village for your home! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll learn how to sculpt it completely from scratch with step-by-step guidance from our instructors. These cozy little houses make beautiful decorative pieces and are perfect for creating a tiny street, village, or whimsical display at home. We hope to see you in the studio soon! Yes, you can personalize the design! All our classes are taught step-by-step by one of our talented instructors. No experience is needed, all materials and first kiln fire are included. If you would like to paint (glaze) your pottery after the workshop, you can book a glazing session for $15/hour (not included in the hand-building workshop price). The glazing fee covers painting materials (underglazes) and two additional kiln firings to make your pieces food-safe and/or water-resistant. Teens ages 12 and up are welcome to join workshops marked as "adult and families" without adult supervision. Pieces are ready to glaze about week after the workshop, and we hold them at the studio for up to two months while you book your glazing appointment!
