Japanese Ceramic Shigaraki Sake Bottle or Vase - Shimakichi Pottery Studio

On my most recent trip to Kyoto in May I took a tour of the Shigaraki regions pottery kilns. I found these nice sake bottles at Shimakichi Pottery Studio in the town of Koka. Featuring a spotty iron rich white glaze with hand painted blue and red grass pattern. Can be used as a sake bottle or a vase. We might order more in the future, but right now we only have a few pieces. Measurements 13.5cm tall x 8cm wide
