The Fermentation Project - James Hoffmann collaboration

(If you want other items sent before this please order those separately) We are excited to be collaborating with James Hoffmann again for this latest Fermentation Project. This time he's also been teaming up with Lucia Solis. The purpose of this project is to allow you to experience the same coffee processed in different ways and if you desire, join James Hoffmann online on the 3rd of October as he cups this coffee on his Youtube channel. There are four coffees in this project. 100g per bag. This allows for enough coffee for both the live tasting event with James with some spare left over to enjoy. Coffees in this project: Mechanically demucilaged, Wild Fermentation, Yeast inoculated, Lactobacillus inoculated Timeline aim for this project: We are aiming that the majority of pre-ordered packs are sent between the 16-24th of September. We hope to have all roasting done between August and early September. Saturday October 3rd: The live tasting with James Hoffmann (more info about this will be announced on his Youtube channel) If you order other items with this pre-order pack, then please note that everything will be sent out together. So if you want something else in your order sooner, then please ensure you order that separately. All coffees in this 4 bag pack are roasted by us. We plan to aim for a filter or light espresso roast so they shine on cupping. Please also note if you would like free delivery with this order on the island of Ireland, simply add a 250g bag of coffee with it. Enjoy.
