Turquoise Drop Earrings

A beautiful pair of Victorian turquoise and natural pearl drop earrings, circa 1860–1870, crafted in 18ct gold and in exceptional condition. Each earring is centred with a natural pearl set within an intricate pierced and dished gold setting, surrounded by a border of calibre-cut turquoise. Seven articulated turquoise-set drops create wonderful movement beneath, while the tops are each set with a cluster of four turquoise and finished with shepherd’s hook fittings.
