Moveable suction cup dock line holder

Seipel Marine moveable suction cup dock line holder is designed to hold fenders on the side of any boat or water vessel using a suction cup and molded cleat. You dont have to worry about finding a cleat, or a railing, or something to tie off on. The suction cup makes it easy to move around and hang at different heights for mooring and docking.
