A buttery pastry shell filled with a rich, gooey peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie filling, Pick it up frozen or ready to serve, take it home and bake it yourself. Serve it warm, preferably with a very big spoonful of cream or vanilla ice cream. Available whole to pre-order for pick-up from HUMBLE Surry Hills, or come in and try it by the slice. How to bake Bring the pie to room temperature before baking. Bake at 160°C for approximately 1½ hours.
