Las Pedreras Cebreros ‘Arquiton’ Rosé 2025

Rosé of Garnacha from two 70-year-old vineyards planted at 900 meters. Grapes were destemmed and pressed directly, fermented with native yeasts, aged for 6 months in used french barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. This rosé has everything I’m looking for, refreshment of course, but also a richness, a creaminess to the texture that gives it weight and intrigue, and a little minerality on the finish.
