It rests on an octagonal Portoro marble base. THOUERY 1928 Designed by Joe Descomps (Joseph Jules Emmanuel Cormier) (1869-1950), who often used the pseudonym Guirande. He exhibited at the 1925 Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes (International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts). Very rare in that combination and size.
