Girolamo Russo Etna Rosato 2025
Giuseppe Russo returned to Sicily in 2005 after his father Girolamo died, taking over the family estate on the north face of Mount Etna, where the Russos have 26 hectares of land, 15 planted to vineyards. The Etna Rosato is made entirely from Nerello Mascalese, sourced mostly from young vines in the San Lorenzo contrada. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. It is produced from organically grown grapes.
