Gum Harcourt Rose 2026
From deep red and gravel soils in the King Valley, this sangiovese rosé was grown organically at altitude. Pale in colour, it shows an expressive perfume of pink grapefruit, wild strawberry, rosehip and blood orange. The palate is dry and savoury with fine acidity and gentle texture. A rosé of freshness and poise, built for both food and unbridled consumption.
