Limited to eight guests, this immersive 3.5 hour experience draws on Christina’s early years as a florist and her evolution into fine chocolate craftsmanship. Together, you will explore the behaviour of premium couverture and learn refined petal forming techniques as you hand craft your own edible floral blooms. This is not a demonstration. It is hands on, personal and thoughtfully paced.
