Embroidered Floral Cotton Chambray

An absolutely gorgeous 100% cotton chambray with an all-over off-white floral embroidery and a beautiful scalloped embroidered edge. The chambray itself is lightweight, similar in weight to a cotton poplin, but the generous embroidery adds a little more substance, bringing the overall fabric weight to 190gsm. It has a lovely softness while still retaining enough body to hold its shape beautifully. The embroidery is particularly lovely. Despite being quite substantial, it feels extremely soft rather than stiff or bulky, so the fabric remains comfortable and flexible. Being cotton, this is a great choice for styles where you want a little shape and volume. Think gathered or tiered dresses and skirts, puff sleeves and ruffles. It will also press beautifully for more tailored details such as collars, cuffs and button plackets.
