It's the entry set, so everything here earns its place and nothing is filler. The Piana is the oven, with a stone that turns by an external dial so pizzas cook evenly without you turning each one by hand. The beech pellets are the fuel ZiiPa recommend, lighting fast and burning clean, and the scoop is the safe way to load them. The perforated peel launches and lifts the pizza, its holes letting loose flour drop away rather than catching on the stone. The bag stores and carries the oven between uses. The ingredients are the staples a pizzeria uses: the '00' flour makes the dough, then the semola (semolina) dusts your peel and surface so the dough slides off cleanly, and the San Marzano tomatoes make the sauce. There's enough for around six 12-inch pizzas to get you started.
