The versatile design allows you to adjust the grind from coarse to fine (0.25 – 0.45mm) by turning the control knob counterclockwise for coarse grind and clockwise for fine grind. This makes it easy to tailor the grind to your favorite recipes, whether baking bread or brewing coffee. The hopper holds up to 1.25 kg of unground ingredients at a time.
