During this process, air and moisture inside the wood are removed, allowing resin to deeply penetrate the wood's cellular structure. The resin is then cured under controlled conditions, permanently reinforcing the material while preserving the beauty of its natural grain. After the resin has fully cured, every block is precisely machined, polished, and hand-finished to highlight the unique textures created by nature.
