PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS PERTAINING TO MEMBERSHIPS HERE. BY PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND ACCEPTING ALL TERMS WITHIN THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, INCLUDING MONTHLY AUTO-DRAFT. Seasonal Glow - $199 for 3 months (2) spray tans per month 10% off add-ons *For all Botox, Pampered, and Skin Goddess memberships: - $50 birthday gift certificate (must be used during birthday month) - ALL Botox units roll over unless membership is canceled - Botox units expire four months from cancellation date - If membership is cancelled before one year, all services recieved will be charged at regular retail price - Auto-draft is required for all memberships
