Tech Location: Carneros, California Alcohol: 14.1% Tasting Notes Stone fruit and citrus aromas, as well as green apple and fresh white pineapple followed by vanilla and creme brûlée, with a hint of tarragon and flint. The flavors are bright and crisp, with an amazingly zesty mid-palate that leads into a lengthy finish. Winemaking Fruit is harvested at night, gently whole cluster pressed and cold-fermented in stainless steel fermenters. Vineyard Fruit is coming from three organically farmed vineyards in the Carneros region of Napa, using methods based on the principles of biodynamic farming.
