The bottom hemline is worked by knitting diamonds and joining them together. After the body is complete, the yoke is picked up from the top edge, and the fronts and back are worked separately, flat. Short rows are worked for the shoulders and shoulders are seamed using the horizontal seaming method. Stitches are picked up around the neckline and armholes for nicely finished edges.
