GT2 2GT Closed Loop Timing Belt 96–196 mm, 6/10/15 mm

GT2 / 2GT Closed Loop Timing Belt – 2 mm Pitch Choose a GT2 closed loop timing belt for compatible 3D printer mechanisms and compact synchronous drives. Available in 96–196 mm pitch lengths and 6, 10 or 15 mm widths, this endless rubber belt uses fiberglass reinforcement and a nylon-covered tooth surface. Key Features GT2 / 2GT profile: 2 mm tooth pitch for matching GT2 pulleys. Closed loop construction: an endless belt for drives designed around a fixed belt length. Fiberglass reinforcement: helps limit stretch while retaining flexibility. Choice of sizes: select the pitch length and width required by your mechanism. Technical Specifications Specification Details Profile GT2 / 2GT, curved teeth Tooth pitch 2 mm Pitch length 96–196 mm, depending on variant Belt width 6 mm / 10 mm / 15 mm Number of teeth 48–98, depending on length Construction Closed loop (endless) Material Rubber with fiberglass reinforcement and nylon tooth covering How to Select the Correct BeltMatch the GT2 tooth profile, 2 mm pitch, belt width and pitch length to your existing drive. The tooth count equals the pitch length divided by 2 mm; for example, a 100 mm belt has 50 teeth. Pitch length is measured along the belt pitch line, not across the flattened belt.Use only with compatible GT2 pulleys. Check pulley spacing, available tension adjustment and clearance before ordering. This is a closed loop belt, so it is not a replacement for an open-ended belt unless the mechanism is designed for it.Typical Applications Compatible 3D printer belt drives Small positioning mechanisms DIY motion and compact automation projects using matching GT2 pulleys
