Produced by María Belén Díaz at Resinas farm in Acevedo, Huila, this high-elevation Pink Borbon microlot reflects more than a decade of María’s experience producing specialty coffee. Its carefully controlled anaerobic semi-washed process creates a vibrant, elegant cup with floral aromatics, crisp green apple, delicate green tea, and juicy tangerine, all carried by a lively citrus brightness.
