Trak18 Edge Guard – 9" Impact-Rated Golf Simulator Screen Edge Protection

Trak18 Edge Guard – Low-Profile, Impact-Rated Edge Protection for Golf Simulator Screens The Trak18 Edge Guard is a 9" wide strip of impact-rated fabric that seals the gap between your golf simulator impact screen and the wall behind it. Its hook-and-loop backing presses straight onto the screen's velcro edges, so shots that clip the perimeter hit fabric instead of drywall, trim or framing. Designed and made in Canada. Slim Screen Edge Protection for Tight Golf Simulator Builds Edge Guard is the lighter, slimmer of Trak18's two screen edge protection options. Choose it when you want a crisp, finished border around the screen, or when clearance is limited – a common situation in basement and garage golf simulators with low ceilings and narrow hitting bays. Width: 9" Face: Impact-rated fabric that deflects stray strikes Attachment: Hook-and-loop (velcro) backing – mounts to the velcroed edges of your screen Lengths: 7 ft to 17 ft in 1 ft increments Protects: Wall finish, trim and framing from scuffs, ball marks and impact damage Origin: Made in Canada Tool-Free Installation After the Screen Is Hung Hang your impact screen first, then press Edge Guard onto the velcro along each side and across the top, pulling it snug so it closes the gap to the wall. No screws, no tools. Sizing tip: order each strip 3–6" longer than the edge it covers so the pieces overlap neatly at the corners – no exposed frame and a cleaner finish. Edge Guard or Edge Carpet – Which Should You Choose? Trak18 Edge Guard – thinner and lighter, quick to install; best for a clean trim line and tight clearances. Trak18 Edge Carpet – a 1/2" thick heavy-duty weave in 8", 10" or 12" widths; quieter on strikes and built for longer life in high-traffic bays. Complete Your Golf Simulator Protection Trak18 Ecofelt Acoustic Wall & Ceiling Panels – absorb echo and stray shots on the walls and ceiling around your screen. Trak18 Ball Bungees (50-Pack) – heavy-duty bungees for even screen tension. Shop our golf impact screens and golf simulator enclosure kits.
