Decarb / Isolation Reactor System, Custom Fabrication

This one is built to your specification. We do not stock a decarb system and sell it out of a box. You tell us the batch size, the temperature and pressure you need to hit, how you want it heated and chilled, whether you want a mixer and what your controls look like, and we build that machine. Same machine, two names. Shops running decarboxylation call it a decarb system or a decarb reactor. Shops holding and isolating a fraction call it an isolation reactor or an isolation vessel. It is a jacketed stainless reactor either way, and we build it for decarb and/or isolation. The two configurations priced on this page are reference builds, not the whole offer. They exist so you have a real number to start from: $31,000 without a mixer and $42,500 with the C1D1 rated pneumatic mixer. Most orders move away from those in one direction or another. Bring your target batch volume and what your crude behaves like. That is usually a ten minute call and it saves a lot of guessing. Ask for it at the start and we quote it that way. N.B. Oler holds the ASME U stamp and welds, hydro tests and stamps pressure vessels in our own shop in Bend, Oregon. A code stamped build carries the design report prepared by a licensed PE, and Canadian CRN registration where the install needs it. The two prices above are the non-stamped reference builds. The coded version is quoted, because what it costs depends on the design pressure, the vessel size and whether you need CRN. If your jurisdiction, your AHJ or your insurer has asked for a stamp, say so before the build starts rather than after. WHAT ELSE WE FABRICATE TO ORDER This is the page where it is worth saying out loud: custom stainless is the core of the business, not a sideline. N.B. Jacketed vessels and columns, chilled or heated, in the sizes your process needs rather than the sizes a catalog offers. Tube in shell condensers, sight spools, custom top caps and port arrangements. Racks and skids built around equipment you already own. If it is stainless and it holds pressure, ask. If we would not build it well, we will tell you that instead of quoting it. Paid in full before it ships. We do not offer net 30 or purchase order terms. Ships LTL freight, in a crate 48 in wide x 60 in long x 80 in tall weighing 350 lb, the same for both configurations. Freight is quoted and invoiced after the crate is measured, not charged at checkout. Custom builds are not returnable, which is the other reason the phone call comes first.
