See inside a buried line before you open the wallTo find a defect or blockage in a drain, downspout, vent duct or chimney flue behind a finished wall or floor, push a camera through it instead of opening it up. The Wöhler VIS 360 does that with a 100 ft push rod and a 1.5 in pan and tilt head for NPS 2.7 to NPS 5 pipe. Wöhler specifies it for runs with several 87° bends. Advanced Inspection Technologies supplies and supports it.What you control and seeFrom the removable 7 in monitor you steer the head. It pans 360° and tilts 180°, so you can look at the pipe wall or into a bend without pulling the rod back. 10 white LEDs light the inside of the line. A digital meter counter shows distance on the display, in 1 inch steps. Position and angle indicators show where the head points. A home function returns it to its starting position. Photos (.png) and video (.mkv) save to internal memory or a USB stick up to 32 GB. The head is waterproof per IP 67, 30 min up to 3 ft deep. Locating the head from outsideThe head has a built-in transmitter at 512 Hz, 8.9 kHz or 9.2 kHz. Switch it on from the menu, since it is off after each power-up, then trace it from outside the wall or floor with the Wöhler L 200 Locator Receiver. The locator is sold separately and is not in this kit.
