BARDSTOWN BOURBON COMPANY Silver Oak Collaboration

Bardstown Bourbon Company × Silver Oak Collaboration — Cabernet Sauvignon Barrel Finish Two legendary names in American whiskey and wine have come together for an exceptional limited release — Bardstown Bourbon Company and Napa Valley's Silver Oak Cellars. This unique collaboration features a carefully crafted blend of 9–14 year old straight bourbons sourced from Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and Georgia, then finished for an incredible 17 months in Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Bottled at 108 proof, this bourbon beautifully combines the richness of mature whiskey with the dark fruit, complexity, and subtle tannins of premium Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Expect layers of baked strawberry, ripe plum, roasted nuts, caramel, fig, cinnamon, and rich cocoa, followed by a beautifully balanced finish of oak, blackberry, and warm baking spice.
