Scarlett Bloom Beaded Earrings

Scarlett Bloom is a pair of earrings in clean red: a narrow triangle of hand-woven beads, each with a single kundan lotus near the base. The triangle is woven flat in a matte scarlet. A fine edge of gold-toned beads outlines each side, so the shape reads as sharp and graphic against the red. The lotus sits low, where the triangle is widest. Its petals are pale and mirror-bright, held in gold-toned frames, and they are the only point of light in an otherwise solid block of colour. The earrings hang from slim gold-tone hooks, and the long, tapering line draws the eye down along the jaw. They work for festive dressing with a saree or lehenga, and they also look good with a plain white shirt or a black kurta. They pair with the Scarlett collar, but each piece stands on its own.
