The LS Mount Kit gives a Haltech Nexus R3 or Rebel LS a dedicated, rigid home in the 2005-2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6. Every mount is 3D printed from PPS-CF, a carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide, then annealed for 12 hours in a lab grade blast drying oven before it ships. Choose the Non IO version for the unit alone, or the IO version to add a mount for the Haltech Nexus IO16 Input/Output Expander, so your expanded channels sit as securely as the unit they serve. Annealed 12 hours in a lab grade blast drying oven. Annealing fully crystallizes the printed part, which raises its heat resistance and locks in its dimensions so it stays true after install.
