La Siberia

This single origin comes from Finca La Siberia located in Chalchuapa, Santa Ana, El Salvador. La Siberia, named for its volatile climate and difficult trails, it has been with the Silva family since 1870. The family have managed the estate through the generations, passing on knowledge to over six generations. La Siberia grows and cultivates a range of varieties including Bourbon, Pacamara, SL-34 and Geisha. This particular lot is a washed red bourbon which is clean and sweet.
