ITALIAN SAUSAGE ROASTED HONEYNUT SQUASH ROASTED FENNEL PARMESAN GARLIC CREAM SAUCE MOZZARELLA & PROVOLONE ITALIAN WOOD FIRED CRUST Tracy from Olden Organics called me this week and said "we are swimming in beautiful fennel and honeynut squash right now, so put them on a pizza." The whole point of this business from the beginning was to use what we had on hand in season. So this week, this time of year, this is what we have on hand. And of course it goes so well together. I'm shocked that after a decade and 625+ pizzas that we never made this one before. I love harvest time. And this pizza. Hope you love it, too!
