Cyralux 6R amber sterile ready-to-fill glass vials provide a 5/6 mL nominal format in Type I borosilicate tubular glass. The vials are supplied washed, depyrogenated, and sterilized. The amber-glass format is intended for product programs in which an amber container has been selected. The buyer is responsible for evaluating suitability for the formulation and packaging requirements. These RTF vials arrive washed, depyrogenated, and sterilized, eliminating in-house vial washing, depyrogenation tunnels, and sterilization steps that consume cleanroom space, capital, validation effort, and time. Each vial is held finish-up and individually seated in a polypropylene nested tray, a configuration designed to prevent vial-to-vial and vial-to-metal contact. Nested Tray is intended for small-batch, semi-automated, or conventional in-line filling processes; confirm tray and line compatibility.
