025 KII AA
Orange, blackcurrant, and a little cola spice. Bright, juicy, and full of the flavours we loooove about Kenyan coffee. This one comes from the Kii washing station in Kirinyaga, where around 1,215 smallholder farmers deliver their coffee cherries. Most grow just a few hundred trees each. The cherries are sorted, fermented overnight, washed, and dried in the sun. A fairly traditional approach, and one that works quite well here.
