The grass fibre turf is set atop the same heavy rubber base as our standard gym flooring, ensuring a seamless fit and long-lasting performance. Every order is custom made to your spec and branding. Turf top layer A turf surface for sled pushes and pulls, in a classic green or custom colour. Heavy rubber base The same thick rubber as our standard gym flooring, so it has all the shock absorption of a normal tile. Connector pieces included Lock the tiles together for a stable track that stays in place during use. Custom branding Add your logo and brand colours to the track. Choose the thickness that matches the rest of your gym flooring so the track sits level with the tiles around it. Our team can recommend the right thickness when we put your quote together. How wide can the track be? We make it in 0.5m increments so you can match the width of your space or the number of lanes you need. Can I add my logo? Yes. We can change the colour of the turf fibres and add your logo to the surface. We'll agree the final design with you before anything is made. Is it suitable for Hyrox training? Yes. It's built for sled push and sled pull, two of the eight Hyrox stations, and can double up as a zone for walking lunges, farmer's carries and burpee broad jumps. Does it absorb impact like normal gym flooring? Yes. The base is the same thick, heavy rubber as our standard gym flooring, so it has the same shock absorption as a normal floor tile. How long will it take to arrive? Your flooring is made to order with a 10 to 12 week lead time from when you approve your final design. Can you install it for me? Yes.
